Roles and Responsibilities:

• Pays invoices by verifying client transaction information through firm bill pay system
• Maintains client financial and data security by following internal accounting controls
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Generates invoices and follows up with clients for approval
• Researches and resolves invoice issues; communicates findings
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Partner

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive and tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
• Follow directions from manager and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
