Praktikant People Operations (m/w/d)

As an intern in the People Operations department, you will provide strong support for administrative and organizational personnel issues and learn about personnel work from A to Z. Working together as a team, you will be the first point of contact for our employees on various topics. This position is limited to six months and is based in Munich.

What You'll Do

You will:

• Take on tasks independently within the entire employee life cycle, from preboarding to offboarding
• Answer employee inquiries independently through our ticket system
• Organize and coordinate our onboarding on the first day for our new starters
• Create work certificates independently
• Contribute to other topics, such as employee benefits or process optimizations with AI

You Come With

You should have:

• A current study in business administration or communication sciences, ideally with a focus on human resources or a comparable study
• Organizational talent and a structured working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good German and English skills, both verbally and in writing
