As an HR Project Intern, you will support the team in ongoing projects and take on operational tasks. You will have the opportunity from day one to take on responsibility, get familiar with the specifics of People & Business Partnering, and participate in various People & Culture topics. This chance offers you a steep development curve, where you will work closely with different stakeholders and a very experienced, ambitious, and international team. The position is for a limited period of 6 months, with the workplace in Munich.
What You'll Do
- Support ongoing projects and initiatives in People & Culture
- Create presentations and reports for strategic advice of executives by the People & Business Partners
- Take on ad-hoc requests, including analysis of relevant P&C-metrics
- Research and prepare information on current P&C-topics and trends
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, workshops, and communication measures in the context of central P&C-initiatives
You Come With
- Current study in economics, psychology, business administration, or a similar field
- Experience in a dynamic company in the HR and/or business development area through internships or work-study activities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent German and English
- Quick understanding, analytical and holistic thinking, strength in prioritizing and the ability to multitask are essential
- You are characterized by a pragmatic, responsible, and structured as well as goal-oriented working method
