As a (Junior) Interior Design Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the friendly and competent consultation of customers on-site in our Westwing store in Hamburg. You share our passion for home and living and understand our customers in many ways to inspire them. This position is initially limited to one year, and the workplace is Hamburg.

What You'll Do

• Conducting personal customer conversations and creating customized interior design concepts, from design draft to finished interior concept including color, material, style, and lighting advice
• Trustful cooperation with our customers and building a positive customer experience (e.g., by planning sales conversations proactively, following up on offers, and maintaining relationships afterward)
• Passionate and first-class consultation and inspiration of our store visitors through direct customer engagement on the floor
• Achieving both individual goals and store goals and actively participating in daily business

You Come With

• Completed higher education or a comparable qualification in the field of interior design/space design
• Enthusiasm for direct customer contact and consultation
• Very good communication skills (very good German and English skills in speech and writing)
• Independent, result-oriented, and structured working method as well as a high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and creativity
• A pronounced passion for the field of home and living and flexibility for shift work and deployment on Saturdays
• Good PowerPoint and experience in 3D modeling programs or CAD software are desirable
