The HSC Shared Services Center at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Time Collection Specialist. Time Collection Specialists in the WVU Shared Service Center (SSC) provide guidance and support to WVU employees and other customers relating to keying of payroll funding lines, payroll lines adjustments, payroll edit functions and time card review and support. This role is responsible for assisting WVU central units, such as Division of Finance, to maintain consistency and supporting policies and procedures created by these central units. This position is remote, but the first two weeks will be required to be in-person for training in Morgantown, WV. We are looking for someone who is excited about building relationships across all levels of the organization. Some of your strengths are excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You take pride in your ability to organize, plan, and execute on requests from leaders in the organization. You strive to provide great customer service.
