Services Business Systems Manager

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Services Business Systems Manager to own and optimize the suite of software tools that power our services business. In this role, you will serve as the critical interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our systems—from CRM to field service management, quoting, billing, and reporting—are effectively supporting and evolving with our services growth strategy. Key responsibilities include: acting as the owner for key software systems used by our services team, partnering closely with services leadership to understand evolving business objectives, collecting VOC and VOE to understand where improvements will most dramatically impact key metrics and the user experience, owning and maintaining a roadmap of systems enhancements and integrations that align with business goals, leading requirements gathering and driving prioritization of system improvements, delivering training and standard work to service teams to ensure successful adoption and proper use, working with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to implement changes and manage rollouts, monitoring system adoption, collecting user feedback, and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows or improve user experience, and serving as a subject matter expert for how technology enables our services operations. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in software product management, business systems, services operations, or IT project management, a strong understanding of how software systems support a services business, experience working with MS Dynamics or other ERP/CRM/service management platforms, proven ability to prioritize and manage a roadmap of enhancements across multiple stakeholders, excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical audiences, and strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Bonus points for experience in electronic test & measurement industry, familiarity with Agile product development, experience managing third-party vendors or software partners, and strong lean/process improvement experience.
