Required: 1. Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Expertise in software and solution architecture, with a focus on service-based and distributed systems. 3. Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, REST APIs, workflow automation, and related modern technologies. 4. Strong experience with SQL databases (design, performance, data integration) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). 5. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and version control (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). 6. Deep understanding of data integration patterns, file standards, and translation tools (including EDI, when applicable). 7. Up-to-date with current technology trends, best practices, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional growth. 8. Extensive experience developing intuitive user interfaces and optimizing user workflows, with a strong focus on usability and front-end best practices. 9. Demonstrated experience leading software development projects, setting technical direction, and establishing architectural standards. 10. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and a collaborative engineering culture. 11. Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
