Skills and qualifications required include a high school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of the Bank's in-house Sales Associate Training Program, previous customer service contact experience, ability to demonstrate a sales-oriented professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, experience in handling money, proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, and understanding and working knowledge of appropriate core banking system. Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise is also essential.

Key competencies include customer service, interpersonal skills, dependability, and task management. Essential functions include sitting and standing for extended periods of time, operating a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components, reaching over teller counter or desk area to receive customer transaction documents, lifting and carrying up to twenty pounds, conversing and exchanging information with all levels of staff within the organization, and observing.
