Role Description

Form Energy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our team at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, overseeing our GDE production operations. In this critical leadership role, you will be directly responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of a key production line on night shift. You will lead a large, diverse team of 40-50 direct reports, comprising both direct employees and contract labor. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role requiring strong operational expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment ranging from prototyping and trials to high-volume production. You will ensure that all production goals are met on time and act as the vital link between associates and the Associate Production Manager to maintain a continuous improvement culture.

This role will be located at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do:

• Production Leadership & Oversight: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the GDE production line for the night shift to meet all production, quality, and safety targets.
• Large Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of 40-50 direct employees and contract labor. Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Complex Process Management: Oversee production activities that include a variety of manufacturing techniques, such as batch processes, roll processing, and discrete part manufacturing. Troubleshoot and resolve process bottlenecks or production issues across these varied operations.
• Team Development: Provide performance coaching and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among all production team members.
