Role Description
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Cathode Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team. This role will focus on commissioning new product lines, developing robust process specifications, and collaborating with equipment and operations teams to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability. Beyond supporting our newly operational manufacturing line, this role will contribute to the development of next-generation manufacturing processes as we expand production capabilities. Your process development experience and creativity will enable you to create and implement world class, fully automated processes that enable the production of our first-of-a-kind grid storage technology. This is an exciting opportunity to develop processes from scratch and have a large impact on the future of our manufacturing while doing your part to help combat climate change. This role will be located at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, which is just a short drive outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is available.
