What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct legal research & gather case info
- Draft legal documents, reports & correspondence
- Keep case files & databases organized
- Assist with court filings, deadlines & scheduling
- Support attorneys during hearings & client meetings
- Ensure confidentiality & compliance every step of the way
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate (required)
- Legal know-how & terminology expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & legal research tools
- Organizational wizardry & multitasking magic
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Reliable transportation & punctuality
- Experience working with Pacer - Federal Processing
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in litigation, employment law, or criminal defense
- Familiarity with WV court systems & filing procedures
- Notary Public certification
- Must have PACER experience with Federal E-Filing
