The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program. Program dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026. Location: This position is fully remote/work from home in the continental US. US work authorization required for this role. Eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities

  • AI Adoption Support: Assist in driving 100% adoption of AI tools across marketing by creating training materials, toolkits, and engagement campaigns.
  • Automation Opportunity Mapping: Identify repetitive tasks across marketing workflows and propose automation solutions using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate).
  • Performance Tracking: Help build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure AI tool usage, productivity impact, and sentiment.
  • Champion Program Support: Coordinate with AI champions and ambassadors to gather feedback, share success stories, and promote best practices.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for internal channels (e.g., Viva Engage, newsletters) to showcase AI wins and encourage participation.
  • Experimentation & Pilots: Support pilot programs for new AI tools or use cases, including documentation, testing, and feedback collection.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required qualification:

  • Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
  • Graduating August 2026 – May 2028.
  • Preferred fields include but not limited to: Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

Proficiency and understanding of:

  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic analytics tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Copilot, Power Automate, or Viva.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign management, or content creation.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engagement.
  • Basic understanding of workflows, automation, and data integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing or technology.
  • Experience with Power Apps would be nice to have.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. Hourly based pay range: Min: $26/hour Max: $38/hour.
