This position will provide independent, high-level administrative, technical, and professional support to the Executive Director of Employee Engagement and Solutions and their team. The role also provides first-level employee relations support to employees and managers by helping them understand HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Duties include assisting with confidential correspondence, reports, and memos. In addition, the position helps set up training, supports the Learning Management System (LMS), and assists with communications from the Leadership and Organizational Development team as needed.
