Role Description: This is an opportunity to have a direct and daily impact in an exciting American energy technology and manufacturing company. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is at the forefront of delivering top level support, being part of a service leading department. In this role, we are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing factory facilities utility, equipment and control systems, as well as building operations. This person will be responsible for making sure our facilities equipment runs smoothly and will be supporting our technical operations. The ideal candidate will be able to independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to quickly tackle facility service and repair issues. You will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team to contribute to sustaining a world class facility. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission. The ideal candidate will bring a "can-do" attitude, and strong independent problem solving skills. Hands-on experience within computerized maintenance management software programs within manufacturing operations, or a start-up is preferred. The schedule for this position is a 12 hour alternating work week schedule. Day or night turn positions are available. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 - Form Energy's 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt.
