Our client is seeking two skilled and reliable IT Field Support Technicians for a focused 4-week engagement across four healthcare facilities in West Virginia. This short-term contract role is critical to the success of our upcoming technology rollout and will involve hands-on asset discovery, equipment staging, and post-deployment support. Asset Discovery: Identify, document, and catalog existing IT assets at each facility, including desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and peripherals. Equipment Staging: Unbox, inventory, and prepare new hardware for deployment, ensuring readiness for rollout. Deployment Support: Assist with installation and configuration of new equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations. Post-Rollout Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and user support following deployment to ensure smooth transition and system functionality. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of discovered assets and deployed equipment, contributing to centralized asset management. Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams and facility staff to coordinate efforts and communicate progress. Duration: 4 weeks Travel: Required across all listed facilities (mileage reimbursed per company policy) Schedule: Full-time during the contract period Compensation: Competitive hourly rate Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in IT field support, hardware deployment, or asset management. Familiarity with Windows OS, basic networking, and imaging tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and travel between multiple locations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
