The Property and Operations Project Manager oversees the management, development, and optimization of the company's property portfolio and operational projects, across all eleven (11) countries West Tech Shipping (WTS) operates.

Manage multi-location properties, Airbnb units, renovation and construction projects, as well as employees, contractors, and IT resources.

Oversee multi-location properties and associated staff, with a focus on operational efficiency.

Manage company Airbnb units. This includes performance optimization and maintenance.

Lead renovation and construction projects across all WTS locations; ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Support property acquisitions through due diligence and project integration.

Supervise the Maintenance Supervisor and oversee property upkeep programs.

Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure compliance and performance.

Coordinate all repair and maintenance works across company properties.

Manage IT staff to align technology support with operational needs.

Partner with all WTS department heads, to design, develop, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all properties and operational areas, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the business grows.

Collaborate closely with local managers, to provide on-the-ground support.

Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Proven experience in property management, construction project coordination, or real estate operations is essential.

Strong knowledge of facilities management, renovations, and contractor oversight.

Effective, hands-on, results-driven, leadership skills.

Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and deadlines across WTS locations.

Familiarity with IT oversight is an asset.

Effective stakeholder management skills. This includes identifying key stakeholders, then analyzing their needs, expectations, and influence; with the aim of engaging them through communication, collaboration, and feedback, while also monitoring and adjusting your approach to maintain strong relationships.

Ability to drive multiple projects to completion while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Certification in Project Management or related field is highly beneficial and valued in the selection process for this role.
