Human Resources Manager

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realize the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a small HR team to provide key account services for the artistic teams and delivering day-to-day human resources activities including staff administration, recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management;
  • Developing and implementing strategic human resources programs on employee engagement, resourcing, career path development and succession planning;
  • Providing pragmatic advice to departmental managers on resolving people-related issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to internal policies and statutory requirements;
  • Supporting the management to review and implement staffing strategies and related policies/procedures and ensure it be carried out professionally and in line with the business strategies, internal policies and statutory requirements; and
  • Developing and implementing employee relations program to enhance employee motivation and engagement.

You should:

  • Possess a recognized university degree in human resources management, business management or equivalent;
  • Have at least 8 years of all-rounded HR experience in sizeable organization, preferably with experience in arts and culture sector;
  • Possess excellent knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations;
  • Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and interact well in a multi-cultural work environment; and
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
