If you are passionate about arts and culture and looking for an internship experience, join the West Kowloon Graduate Internship Programme to learn about and explore one of the most important cultural projects in Hong Kong.

A unique opportunity for graduates interested in developing a career in the arts and culture industry. Interns will work closely with professional staff in the authority. The internship period runs until 31 Mar 2026.

You will be responsible for:

  • initial acknowledgement and handling on all hirer's venue booking inquiries from all established channels;
  • utilizing venue management system to generate all booking updates and status, issuing agreement and all booking related documents;
  • all venues sales team related administration duties and providing support to any ad-hoc assignment;
  • following the operation procedures and guidelines on venue hiring; and
  • performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority

You should:

  • be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise;
  • possess a recognized university degree or equivalent;
  • preferably possess 1-3 years of relevant postgraduate work experience; fresh graduate is welcomed;
  • possess professional communication and presentation skills;
  • be self-motivated, sales oriented and comfortable working independently; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
