The Vice President of Accounting Shared Services will lead process excellence across the company's regional financial operating centers in Lithuania, Hyderabad, and Costa Rica. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing accounting processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability across Accounting, Settlement, and Accounts Payable functions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multinational environments, a strong background in accounting operations, and proven leadership in driving transformation. Key productivity KPIs include improved labor utilization, reduced exceptions, faster response times, and decreased aging of items under review.
