We are looking for the responsible of providing technical support for Agents and/or Services Associates in Western Union, for the Agent Victim Fraud (AVF) department.

Role Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks will include working with Agent inquiries.
  • Utilizes all available tools and analyses relevant information to identify if fraud was committed against the company.
  • Performing due diligence, reviewing the agent's account activity to detect any pattern of fraud, prevent fraudulent money transfer to be paid.
  • Secures the location to prevent loss by suspending the Western Union services using specific tools.
  • Interviews Western Union Agents, documents fraud incidents and prepares a detailed report for Western Union partners and stakeholders.
  • Educate the agent on fraud patterns and alerts
  • Recommend areas of improvement on how to improve efficiency and productivity in AVF.

Role Requirements

  • Student or graduate in business administration; industrial engineering or related degree is preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in compliance is a must.
  • Must be fluent advanced in English and Spanish (B2+ in grammar and spelling) with excellent communication skills.
  • It would be a plus to have knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, Power BI, and IA.
  • We are looking for someone who is extroverted, analytical in reviewing transaction data, willing to challenge processes, independent and accountable.
  • Availability to work Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm.
