In this unique global role, you will be part of our Settlement Operations team, which handles Western Union's business products and serves our partners worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

• Completing daily settlement operations tasks with high accuracy
• Reporting and reconciliation of different accounts
• Resolving exceptions and handling other product related queries
• Collaborating with business partners and agents worldwide, analyzing and responding to their inquiries

Role Requirements

• Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured and deadline-driven environment
• Experience in a similar field would be an advantage

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,241 – 1,860 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
