Job Description

As the Ecommerce Head for our storage company, your primary responsibility is to lead and drive the overall Ecommerce strategy, operations, and sales across multiple platforms. You will be instrumental in setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our online presence to drive revenue growth and market share in the digital space.

Qualifications

• MBA, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience 9 years+ in Ecommerce management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry, with a track record of driving significant sales growth.
• Strong understanding of major Ecommerce platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets in an Ecommerce setting.
• Proficiency in Ecommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices for driving online traffic and conversions.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning for Ecommerce operations.
• Excellent vendor management skills and ability to negotiate favorable terms with partners.
• Adaptability and willingness to stay current with emerging Ecommerce trends and technologies.
