As a Loan Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for the loan file following the wiring of funds to escrow/title and/or recording of loan documents. This position ensures that all required documentation is included in the loan file and verified for quality, completeness, and accuracy. You will work closely with Quality Control, the Loan Documentation Manager, and bank personnel to ensure loans comply with state and federal laws, regulations, and bank lending policies and procedures. This position is also expected to promote business growth by delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients. One of your key responsibilities is quality control review of submitted loan boarding packages to be submitted to the boarding team for entering the bank's core system.
