Client Support Specialist

Location: CA - Westlake Village

As the Operations Support Specialist II you'll serve as a front-line contact addressing client's inquiries and resolving issues. You'll be an expert on our client facing systems and be able to effectively train and communicate with our clients about questions they may have.

  • Train clients on how to use our systems, deliver loans, and understand workflow processes.
  • Upload files and deliver on behalf of clients, using SFTP folders and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including such as Sales, Operations Account Representatives, Marketing and Lock Desk.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of related experience in Mortgage industry, Customer Service or similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate experience in CRM systems (Salesforce and Encompass).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
