About the Role: Finance Systems Support Analyst

As a Finance Systems Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining financial systems and software applications to support the company's financial operations. This role involves analyzing current financial systems, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring seamless integration with other business systems. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes, enhance system efficiency, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation & Integration: Lead implementation and configuration of ERP and financial systems; ensure smooth data migration and cross-platform integration.
  • System Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure financial data accuracy across systems; develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement automation, and standardize processes to improve consistency and reduce risk.
  • Compliance & Security: Maintain system compliance with regulations and protect sensitive financial data.
  • Training & User Support: Train staff on system use and develop clear user documentation.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors, monitor performance, and support contract negotiations.

Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm in office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial systems analysis, support, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software applications, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and accounting principles. Certification in Financial Systems like SAP FI/CO, or Oracle Financials is preferred.
