Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a practical, hands-on Marketing Specialist who excels at bringing plans to life through strong execution, coordination, and vendor management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner Marketing - Coordinate with key NZ suppliers for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing programs and projects from concept development to finished product, including coordinating development of marketing collateral such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, in branch activations etc.
  • Supporting and guiding the local sales team with day-to-day marketing execution
  • Managing, planning and executing events – including being onsite (where required) to manage logistics, setup, suppliers, and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish
  • Managing vendor relationships — coordinating with suppliers, designers, printers, venues and partners to ensure timely, high-quality output
  • Managing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring information remains clean and accurate
  • Maintaining and tracking budgets across social and digital media in line with the wider marketing plan
  • Work as part of the wider ANZ Marketing Team, with some potential to have responsibilities across borders

Desired skills and experience:

  • Hands on experience with managing marketing plans with suppliers
  • Ability to work independently, but a team player in working across borders and teams
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and advertising platforms, e-newsletter tools, website CMS, Google advertising and similar systems
  • Proven ability to execute marketing direction with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Highly organised with strong time-management abilities
  • Prior experience in event coordination or event management
