Your Mission:
Inspire, connect, and guide young people and their families as they plan life-changing study abroad adventures.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively sales and advises of our High School exchange programs (by phone, online, and in person)
- Organizing consultations, events, fairs, and school visits
- Nurturing leads, building relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals
- Representing CAMPS at educational events across Germany
What You Bring:
You are a true communicator, motivator, and achiever with a love for travel and education. We are looking for someone with:
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience (ideally in consultative or educational sales)
- German as your native language, and good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills – results-oriented and empathetic
- Structured, independent, and solution-focused work style
- Experience abroad is a great plus but not required
