CAMPS International, a German company with extensive expertise in educational travel, is now part of WEP International, a leading provider of international educational travel. Every year, nearly 10,000 young people trust us to organize their travels to more than 50 countries worldwide. WEP has offices in Belgium (Brussels), France (Paris and Lyon), Italy (Turin, Milan, Rome, Bologna, and Oderzo), the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, Argentina, Australia, Denmark, Norway, and Germany.

We are in a strong growth phase and are looking for support in the marketing department.

Tasks

1. Global Marketing Strategy

  • Design, implementation, and monitoring of the annual marketing plan (online and offline) to achieve our commercial and growth goals.
  • Analysis of trends in the education sector and concepts of initiatives to strengthen the positioning of CAMPS International.

2. Digital Marketing (Online)

  • Planning, optimization, and monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, webinars, and other digital platforms.
  • Management and coordination with external agencies, if necessary.
  • Continuous monitoring of the acquisition of high-quality leads, definition, and monitoring of key KPIs.
  • Building and continuously improving our lead generation.
  • Basic management or coordination of social media and content management.
  • Collaboration with the WEP headquarters to adapt global campaigns for the German audience.

3. Offline Marketing

  • Organization and monitoring of personal campaigns and activities:
    • Education fairs
    • Lectures in educational centers
    • Collaborations and sponsorships
    • Internal events
    • Coordination of printed materials (catalogs, brochures, roll-ups, merchandising…)

4. Communication & Brand

  • Ensuring brand coherence and consistency across all channels.
  • Participating in the creation of strategic content (blog posts, videos, testimonials, newsletters…).
  • Acting as a liaison between management, marketing, and sales to ensure the alignment of messages, goals, and processes.

5. Analysis & Reporting

  • Creating regular reports on the performance of campaigns and activities.
  • Proposing data-driven improvements and conducting A/B tests or other optimization methods.

Requirements

  • Practical experience (at least 3 years recommended) in digital and offline marketing, particularly in the fields of education, travel, or similar areas for young people.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, data analysis, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, basic design, or content management.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good English skills (B2–C1).

Desirable

  • Previous experience in educational institutions, educational marketing agencies, or foreign study programs.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
