Are you ready for the next step? As a (Senior) Account Executive (all genders), you will actively shape our growth in the Swiss market, acquire new customers, deepen existing partnerships, and drive our sales pipeline sustainably.
Expansion: You will accompany the expansion of our brand in Switzerland and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital park space management in every city.
Customer Acquisition: You will be responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland with the goal of acquiring them and future key customers for us, generating a sustainable increase in revenue.
Pipeline Building: You will develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments.
Pipeline Management: With the help of CRM tools and data-based analyses, you will keep your sales pipeline and KPIs in sight.
Goal-Oriented: You will continuously track your goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report them to the Country Manager.
Teamwork: You will work closely with colleagues from product development, sales development, and operations to continuously develop Wemolo.

Background: You have a successfully completed vocational training or degree and relevant professional experience, ideally with sales experience.
Sales Experience: You have several years of experience in B2B sales and can demonstrate a clear track record of regularly exceeding your goals. You convince with your hunter mentality and successfully bring negotiations to a conclusion.
Work Style: You work goal-oriented, independently, and structured.
Language Skills: You speak fluent (Swiss) German (C1) and have good English skills.
Driver’s License: You have a valid driver’s license class B.
Travel Readiness: You have a high level of travel readiness (about 1-2 days per week) in Switzerland to optimally develop and expand your accounts and travel to regular meetings in the Munich office.
