You will work together with the team to actively shape the B2B business with a clear vision and hands-on mentality. Wemolo is a service and innovation leader in digital parking management and with a growth of 23,000% since 2019, it is the fastest growing start-up in Germany.
Expansion: You will accompany the expansion of our brand into Switzerland and ensure that Wemolo is used for digital parking management in every city
Customer Acquisition: You will be responsible for presenting Wemolo to new customers in Switzerland with the goal of winning these and future key customers for us and generating a sustainable increase in revenue
Pipeline Building: You will develop high-quality sales pipelines by effectively qualifying and prioritizing leads for the respective segments
Pipeline Management: With the help of CRM tools and data-based analyses, you will keep an eye on your sales pipeline and KPIs
Goal-Oriented: You will continuously track your goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and report them to the country manager
Teamwork: You will work closely with colleagues from product development, sales development, and operations to continuously further develop Wemolo
Background: You have a successfully completed vocational training or degree
Sales Experience: You have about 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and can show a clear track record of how you regularly exceeded your goals. You convince with your hunter mentality and bring negotiations to a successful conclusion
Work Style: You work goal-oriented, independently, and structured
Language Skills: You speak (Swiss) German and French fluently (C1) and have good English skills
Driver’s License: You have a valid driver’s license class B
Travel Readiness: You have a high willingness to travel (about 1-2 days per week) in Switzerland to optimally develop and expand your accounts
Flexibility: With our hybrid working model, you can adapt your work rhythm individually and spend time with your team in our office in Wallisellen on our anchor days (Tuesday to Thursday)
Measurable Goals: With our OKRs, your influence on our product and company success is directly measurable
