Wellways is seeking a Service Integration Lead, to champion integrated, person-centred services.
This is more than a leadership role, it's an opportunity to embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while driving innovation and inclusion through the Carer Gateway program.
We're looking for someone who brings:
You'll work closely with Counsellors, Coaches, Peer Support Facilitators, and the Carer Hub Navigator to ensure services are inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally safe.
A core focus of this role is to lead and embed community development strategies that strengthen local capacity, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure Wellways services are responsive, inclusive, and connected to the community's unique needs. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the local community and relational model of care.
This role offers a hybrid arrangement of 1 day work from home and 4 days in the office.
