Wellways has recently partnered with Capital Health Network PHN to deliver the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program (CPSP) to support adults in the ACT who experience moderate to severe mental health challenges that significantly impact everyday life, but who are not currently supported through the NDIS or other funded programs.
As Recovery Support Worker, you'll provide practical, community-based support to help people regain, keep and improve their psychosocial skills, including self-management skills, daily living skills and community connection. Essential to sustaining recovery is that Recovery Support Workers work not only with individuals, but also with families, carers, friends, kin and community groups to build strong and natural support networks.
