This is a unique senior leadership opportunity to play a central role in shaping how mental health and wellbeing support is delivered across Mildura. As our new Operations Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of the Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Local, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of around 30 people across psychosocial, clinical and lived experience disciplines.

The Mildura Mental Health and Wellbeing Local is a community-based service supporting people aged 26 years and over who are experiencing mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring alcohol and drug treatment needs. This service is delivered in partnership between Wellways, Mildura Base Hospital, Mallee District Aboriginal Services and Sunraysia Community Health to ensure care is local, responsive and inclusive.
