About the opportunity As our Data & Application Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in the effective management of participant and carer records and data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their data, reporting, and application needs, providing practical solutions and clear documentation. Your work will support compliance with reporting requirements, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and help our teams make informed, timely decisions. From resolving Level 3 application issues to supporting reporting and analytics, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on making our systems reliable, efficient, and fit for purpose.
