Utilize your amazing communication skills by facilitating the intake, assessment, and planning services for carers accessing support provided by the Carer Gateway within Queensland.
The objective of the role is to work with carers over the phone to access information, support, and referrals relevant to their caring role.
With the support of the Program Manager, you will endeavor to support carers with a high level of customer service ensuring carers are listened to with patience and non-judgement. You will work with carers to establish and implement agreed action plans whilst creating an environment which Carers will find welcoming, real, and inclusive.
