Utilise your amazing communication skills by facilitating the intake, assessment and planning services for carers accessing support provided by the Carer Gateway within Queensland. The objective of the role is to work with carers over the phone to access information, support and referrals relevant to their caring role.
With the support of the Program Manager you will endeavour to support carers with a high level of customer service ensuring carers are listened to with patience and non-judgement. You will work with carers to establish and implement agreed action plans whilst creating an environment which Carers will find welcoming, real and inclusive.
