 
                                                
                                            Operating in a dynamic environment, this role will focus on the provision of proactive administrative support services to the General Manager Services NSW, QLD and ACT to support the delivery of key strategic and operational outcomes.
Your well-honed organization skills will be an asset as this role will require you to provide proactive email, diary and appointment management as well as facilitation of meetings, including scheduling, set up, circulation of agendas, meeting minutes and action items. You are someone who is comfortable working within tight timelines whilst maintaining a high level of communication throughout and be able to deliver effective support services in a welcoming and professional manner.
