This role is part of the Human Resources (HR) Product Strategy & Operations team that plays a critical role in shaping the future of our HR Products. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product roadmap effectively meets the needs of our employees and the business. This role plays a critical role in driving cross-functional projects from concept to reality. It will involve strategic problem-solving and storytelling, facilitating collaborative efforts, and a strong emphasis on developing compelling content to communicate ideas, progress, and outcomes effectively across the organization.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
