Senior Treasury Management Support Analyst
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Support Analyst to support Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will:
- Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities
- Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Prepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenarios
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Treasury Management, general banking products, and client sales or client support environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong presentation and consultative communication skills, including the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, track performance, and support reporting needs
- High sense of urgency, strong personal accountability, passion for results, and unwavering commitment to ethical standards
Job Expectations:
- This position will require up to 10% of travel
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
