Senior Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst, Senior AVP
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst, Senior AVP within our Global Liquidity & Payments business. This role is for a vacancy in our Toronto office.
In this role, you will:
- Be part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management sales team.
- Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities as part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Management Sales team
- Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Prepare complex client-focused customized sales proposals, reviews and cost benefit analysis
- Provide subject matter expertise in Canadian and cross border treasury management processes to partners
- Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections and annual price reviews
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and trends monthly
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Design and deliver training programs based on their assessment of staff needs and business operations demands
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of US and Canadian Treasury Management products and services
- Experience working with international treasury/banking solutions
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment
Job Expectations:
- Ability to occasionally travel within Canada and the USA (1/2 times per year)
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule but must be able to work on-site at the listed location for the designated in-office days
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00
