Senior Technology Business Services Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant.

In this role, you will:

• Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
• Review customer information with the technology team
• Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
• Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer
• Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations
• Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
• Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Power BI Report development. Build automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and MS Fabric.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI (mandatory) / MS Fabric and preferably Tableau.
• Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
• Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish the same.
• Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence.
• Candidate should have working knowledge in SQL development that goes towards Business Intelligence and reporting.
• Creating, developing and maintaining SQL databases.
• The person should have strong data analytics skills and be able to look through data to find patterns and logical errors.
• Should have working experience in Scripts like Power shell, Python and able to use them with in SSIS.
• Able to work independently with minimal support on assigned tasks.
• Should have knowledge on Change management.
• Should have knowledge on Agile methodologies. Experience in Scrum, kanban models.
• Should have experience on CICD, Version control systems like GIT/ TFS.
• Strong data warehouse knowledge in database design, modeling, development, and Administration should require.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish the same.
• Expert in MSBI, primary on SSIS. Skillful in designing standard ETL frameworks.
• Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with prior exposure in presenting data to the business leaders.
• BE, BS, BTech preferably in Computers or Information Technology or additional relevant experience / certifications in the area highlighted under roles.
• 4 + years of experience in dashboard development using Power BI.
• Equal number of years of experience with SQL development
• Sound knowledge of Data analytics.
• Industry certifications in BI tools and /or MS Fabric.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Knowledge in developing dashboards using Tableau or Power BI (Mandatory).
• Data Analysis (Mandatory)
• Tableau Development (Highly Desired)
• Designing database table and structure (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skill and working in a collaborative environment.
• Scripting using Power shell, Python with in SSIS
• Database designing, modeling, and support.
• Cloud database experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in Information Security and any relevant certification like CEH, CISSP or Cloud security is good to have.
