Senior Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working on End-to-End development and implementation experience of complex web application using C#, ASP .NET, Vue.js, Object Oriented Java Script, CSS, HTML, MS SQL Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX, Autosys, GITHUB.
Analyzes highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex computer platforms and applications. - Work with all stakeholders to review web design, UI, be the point of contact for any UI related questions.
Create and review development estimates and actively seek clarification and verification as appropriate - Develop & unit test Web pages, Object Oriented Java Scripts, ASP.Net, C#, for optimal performance.
Develop system specifications, design and Implementation specifics to provide solutions for the business. - Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of business problems. - Understand BCP, quality assurance, information security and compliance requirements and analyze changes for risk to the environment.
