Senior Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job expectations:

An experienced AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. The role involves end-to-end model development, data pipeline creation, and production deployment, with a focus on modern ML frameworks and LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage data pipelines and model workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions.
• Ensure model governance, versioning, and performance tracking.
• Integrate with ML models and have multiple ML model integrations based on iterative learning results.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of statistics, deep learning, and data engineering principles.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-powered applications.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow
• Exposure to Google ADK for ML
• Exposure to ReactJS
