Senior Human Resources Service Delivery Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Service Delivery Representative to part of HR Global Delivery – CRSO team.

In this role, you will:

Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR
Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher
Candidate must have background using either of these tools: Workday, Beeline, Service Now
Background / experience working in an HR Shared Services account
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in effective handling of escalations
Candidate must be amenable to work on shifting schedule more leaning towards the late mid to night shift
Amenable to work at Taguig City (100% onsite)
