Senior Business Execution Consultant For Data Management Operations
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Data Management Operations within Commercial Banking Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Work with Data Management Operations (DMO) teammates to define and implement a Commercial Business Operations (CBO) Data Management Operations process and playbook
- Track and report data management requests, issues, defects and provide status and risks/mitigants of work items
- Facilitate Data Management Operations (DMO) team meetings and capture action items and follow up as needed
- Work with Data Management Operations (DMO) teammates to support status reporting, senior management, risk, and other status reporting
- Represent Data Management Operations (DMO) in various project/program forums
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years project management experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and associated risks
- Good relationship/network building skills. Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Operations Subject Matter Experts (SME), Commercial Bank Lending FRY14 Program, and Oversight teams on defect/issue remediation and Operations process improvements
- Willingness to learn Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) organization, processes, and applications and interaction
- Candidate should be initiative-taking, organized, and have excellent written/verbal communications skills. Ability to develop presentations
- Candidate should have strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills and intellectually curious to dive in and help fix issues
- Wholesale Loan product, operations processing experience/knowledge and related systems (e.g., LIQ/AFS) required
- Proficient in Microsoft product suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Process management, data management regulatory reporting experience, a plus
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
