Wells Fargo's Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) is making a significant multi-year investment in its client facing platforms to provide an even more compelling and competitive offerings to clients. This investment will add important new capabilities and features within our content management and publishing capabilities. To support these client-centric enhancements and to ensure the platform scales for future success, we are embarking on a technology modernization effort to improve time to market and allow us to take full advantage of all the public cloud capabilities. The key to our success will be hiring best-in-class technology professionals into a number of newly created roles, to supplement our existing team with targeted top talent to drive our transformation.
