About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking experienced individuals to coordinate and support CSBBO Customer Service and Small Business Banking Issue and Corrective Action owners with the end-to-end coordination of Issues throughout the Issue Management life cycle; Pre-Vetting, capture, monitor, sustainability & validation.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end coordination of Issues throughout the Issue Management life cycle; Pre-Vetting, capture, monitor, sustainability & validation including but not limited to:
  • Ensure Issue Lifecycle process is adhered to and within required timelines
  • Seek final reviews and gather approvals from required stakeholders throughout Issue Lifecycle
  • Gather the appropriate key stakeholders for new potential Issue submissions, leading all Issue Pre-Vetting meetings, drafting the required information necessary for the final Issue or Non-Issue decision in collaboration with key stakeholders within required timelines
  • Responsible for making decisions on final verbiage and Issue documentation to ensure alignment to policy and guidelines prior to obtaining final approvals.
  • Coordinate and finalize Issue detail and ensure Issue is opened within the required timeline
  • Determine the appropriate stakeholders and coordinate Root Cause Analysis sessions to determine Risk Driver(s) and lead Corrective Action development sessions
  • Create Issue Task Plan and hold routine check-in meetings throughout Issue lifecycle to confirm task completion and progress
  • Confirm the implemented Corrective Actions and corresponding Controls are implemented, sustainable, and mitigating the risk as intended
  • Collect the artifacts and evidence to prove the success criteria of the Issue, reviews the evidence to confirm accuracy and adequacy

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Issue Management Policy, Issue Management Minimum Standards Guidance, Approval Matrix
  • Extensive knowledge of Veritas system
  • Advanced level of decision making is required for this role. Specifically, in Pre-vetting and Capture phases of the Issue Lifecycle
  • Advanced skills in effective Issue writing and documentation
  • Advanced skills in issue management or project management
  • Advanced skills in policy-driven timeline management (self and others)
  • Advanced ability to think critically in a complex environment
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Corrective Action Artifact document (formerly Issue Summary Memo)
  • Competent in Compliance and Operational Risk environment and WF Risk Management Framework
  • Competent in Control environment – ability to follow control procedures, measure control execution evidence against procedures, understand how control mitigates risk
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and keep working groups on-track, escalates appropriately when trending at-risk or off-track

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
