HR Business Partner
Wells Fargo is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their HR team and focus on delivering HR services to support Lead HR Business Partners in EMEA. The role involves partnering closely with various HR colleagues, such as Talent, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services, to provide proactive HR solutions aligned with business strategies.
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with Lead HR Business Partners to execute human capital strategies, resolve issues, and drive leadership initiatives that support strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will include offering consultation, advice, and support to ensure mid and senior level managers have the necessary resources to meet people-related requirements.
Additionally, you will advise business leaders on enhancing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing insights, data, and themes related to HR products and services to implement effective human resources solutions. Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with peers, colleagues, and managers to address issues and devise solutions will be key aspects of this role.

In this role, you will:
- Provide consultation, advice, and support in collaboration with Lead HR Business Partners, for the execution of human capital strategies, resolutions, and leadership initiatives, in support of strategic business decisions.
- Drive effective and efficient delivery of advisory services to ensure mid and senior level managers receive the appropriate resources to fulfil people related requirements.
- Advise business leaders on developing organizational and cultural knowledge, sharing observations, data, and themes relating to specific human resources products and services to develop and implement human resources solutions.
- Resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Lead moderately complex initiatives contributing to large-scale HR Business Partner deliverables.
- Build strong relationships, collaborating with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and develop solutions.
- Embrace the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively and effectively collaborating with centre of excellence partners to positively influence outcomes to deliver business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources Advisory or Human Resource Business Partner function, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Proven ability to operate effectively & collaboratively in a complex multi-location matrixed structure.
- Business acumen: ability to grasp key business drivers and evaluate situations, proposals, and decisions in terms of business impact and HR strategy, and contribute with advice and execution.
- Ability to quickly build trust, create open channels of communication and build relationships.
