Senior Marketing Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior marketing consultant to join Home Lending Marketing that will support the segment marketing team through event support, marketing initiatives, and channel strategy.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as a key participant in large-scale planning for marketing
• Act as a key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
• Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross-enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
• May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with risk management framework and a commitment to compliance
• Proven ability to interact and align with key stakeholders
• Ability to track project dependencies and manage changing priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
• Experience with marketing platforms and tools such as Aprimo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and JIRA
• 2+ years of experience in Consumer lending preferably with Home Mortgage

Job Expectations:

• Must be able to work on-site at the location specified in the job posting
• Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule
