Business Relationship Support Representative (CSOII)

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative (CSOII) to join the WellsOne Commercial Credit Cards team within Global Payments & Liquidity. WellsOne Service Center supports commercial credit card holders with general inquiries related to their card programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a portfolio of commercial credit card customers
  • Oversee overall customer experience in a call center environment
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures through regular audits and quality checks
  • Occasionally send follow-up emails to customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services
  • Excellent customer service experience with previous client contact
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Experience with Hogan and Service View
  • Proven ability to partner with internal and external partners to meet the needs of the customer
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a close team environment

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Winston Salem, NC or Charlotte, NC office approximately 3 days a week
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
